About Michael

Michael loves to play all kinds of music, so whether you are planning a Concert, Wedding, Dance, Cocktail Party, Show or, in fact, any event where you need the very finest music possible, played on Organ, Piano or Keyboard, with or without guest musicians and soloists, he is the person you need to call.

Often heard on BBC Radio 2, Michael is the consummate professional musician, bringing with him a huge level of skill and enthusiasm. He is equally at home whether playing the latest Electronic Organs and Keyboards, Grand Piano, or Church and Theatre Pipe Organs.

Michael's very first, whole, solo, paid organ concert was for the Maidenhead Electronic Organ Society back in June 1980 and, amongst some other special events, he is delighted to be playing for them in June 2010 to celebrate his 30th Anniversary in the business.  30 years on from that start, using modern electronic organs and keyboards, he remains a firm favourite in concert at organ societies and, besides extensively touring the UK, has travelled to Ireland and even performed in Dubai.  He has played the Theatre Organ for HRH Prince Charles at the Odeon, Leicester Square and as far afield as Australia, where he starred in the annual Australian Theatre Organ Convention.  As a pianist, he has worked at venues as diverse as London’s prestigious Savoy Hotel and Butlin’s Holiday Centres!
