The York Electronic Organ and Keyboard Society runs monthly concerts with some of the country's top organists. We meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month and visitors are assured of a wonderful warm welcome by the loyal and enthusiastic team.
The venue has comfortable seating for 200 and offers level disabled access/toilets and ample free car parking.
The society recently invested in some state of the art projection equipment including three cameras for close-ups of the keyboard and pedals, - all enhancing the presentation and adding to the enjoyment of each performance.
On 12th July 2018 the Society celebrates 50year since It’s formation as the York Hammond Organ Society in 1968, with a special Birthday Party concert performed by International concert Artiste Claudia Hirschfeld.
Concerts start at 7.30pm
