The former ‘Verwood And District Organ Society’ has now been rebranded ‘Verwood In Tune’ and is looking forward to an exciting season of guest artistes to be promoted through the management of the fabulous ‘Hub’ Centre in the delightful Dorset town. Weyhill Electronic Organ Society was nominated for The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service 2017 – an award that was created by The Queen in 2002 to mark the occasion of her Golden Jubilee, recognising excellence in voluntary activities carried out by groups in the community.
Unfortunately, given the large number of nominations and the very high standards throughout, the Club was not among those selected to receive the Award, but the message received was very complimentary and encouraging:

Faversham Organ & Keyboard Concerts are on the move. As of July 21st and their next concert with Andrew Varley, they will be in their new venue of Faversham Assembly Rooms.

The lads have recently had some very precious studio time and have recorded a brand new album featuring many tunes you are likely to hear in their shows.
