2023 DANCES

Start 7pm Finish 10.30pm.

ON Saturday 25th FEBRUARY 2023, the very popular and talented Elizabeth Harrison will be playing for dancing. Elizabeth is part of the Blackpool Tower Wurlitzer Organist team. Elizabeth is also organist for the Blackpool Dance Festival, held in the Winter Gardens in October annually, and is currently booked for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 Festivals at that venue.

In addition to her professional music career, Elizabeth owns and runs a Farmhouse holiday let in Chipping, the beautiful Forest of Bowland, Lancashire and also organises organ and keyboard breaks.

International organist and entertainer Jon Smith is booked to play for dancing on Saturday 22nd APRIL 2023. Jon is a professional musician with over 40 years experience, and has entertained thousands of people across the world, from Shanklin (IOW) to Toronto: Scarborough to Barbados, U.S.A., Canada, Europe and aboard cruise ships in the Caribbean. He has also worked with top international stars in cabaret venues and played extensively in the UK, delighting audiences in Summer Shows on the East Coast and the Isle of Wight.

He is much in demand playing for Strict Tempo Dancing, and his unique style, combined with vocal talents are a rare combination, and is requested time and time again. The selection of music is designed to suit all musical tastes.

ON Saturday 18th NOVEMBER 2023, MATTHEW BASON. Matthew has played for dancing at the village hall previously, and is a multi-talented organist and musician and a terrific vocalist.

PLEASE NOTE

CURRENTLY, there is NO DANCE organised for NEW YEAR'S EVE, 31st DECEMBER 2023.

Dances will be held MONTHLY, unless specified.

ALL DANCES, WILL BE HELD SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT ADVICE AND REGULATIONS IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT! 

Currently, the admission price for the dances is £5.00
