About Crawley Keyboard Club

Welcome to the Organfax website of Crawley Keyboard Club (CKC).  The name tells you that we are located in Crawley, West Sussex. However, our members do not all live locally, some find it worthwhile to travel 20 miles or more to attend our concerts. These, featuring national and international artistes, are held on the last Friday of each month except December when it is brought forward by a week or two. 

We pride ourselves on being a friendly Club and make visitors and new members feel welcome.  Formed in 1989 the Club continues to flourish at a time when many are facing difficulty with an ageing membership.  While not exempt from this a publicity drive is proving successful in retaining membership numbers. 

In addition to the monthly concerts an opportunity is given for members and visitors to play, or just listen, in an informal environment on the second Friday of March through to October inclusive.  Known as DIY afternoons these are held at Furnace Green Community Centre, Ashburnam Road, Furnace Green, Crawley RH10 6QZ starting at 2.00 pm.  Refreshments are available.  A small donation helps to offset the hire of the venue.  All are welcome.

You can be sure of a friendly welcome at both our concerts and DIY afternoons.  On concert evenings doors open at 7:00 pm for 7.30

The Constitution and Rules of the Club meet the requirements of the Charity Commissioners and our Registered Charity No. is 1017595  The Annual General Meeting is held at 7.00pm immediately before the January concert.
