The Music Industries Association Awards 2012 have been announced and for the second year in succession, a Yamaha Clavinova has won in the Best Keyboard category which is sponsored by Classic FM.
Following on from the success of the CLP-470 last year, the CLP-440 was chosen by public vote as this year's winner.
"We're delighted to have two award-winning instruments in our current range and because this award is chosen by the public, it makes it even more exciting" commented Richard Ashby, Marketing Manager of the Electronic Keyboard Division.
The news coincides with the launch of a new range of CVP-series Clavinova pianos, which combine technology from the "classic" CLP range with a wide range of additional versatile features, all controlled through a large, easy-to-use colour touch screen.
