The AOE was formed back in the early eighties to promote fellowship amongst organ enthusiasts and membership is open to all persons wishing to support this objective.
We have been arranging Musical Breaks at the Mercure Kidderminster Hotel in Bewdley for the past ten years and whilst these were originally arranged especially for members, attendance is now open to anyone who would like to come along, and at no extra charge, they will receive complimentary membership of the association.
The hotel, formerly known as the Ramada, is located in 20 acres of beautiful countryside just one mile from the quaint old town of Bewdley nestling at the side of the river Severn in Worcestershire.
The adjacent Sebastian Coe Health Club with its indoor pool, steam room, solarium, spa bath, gymnasium and tennis courts, is at the full disposal of guests. Less than one mile away is the West Midland Safari Park and there are stations on the Severn Valley Steam Railway at Bewdley and nearby Kidderminster.
The hotel is very well appointed with just 44 bedrooms, all en-suite, furnished to a high standard and equipped with colour TV, hairdryer, trouser press, direct dial telephones and tea and coffee making facilities and there is ample parking is available on site.
All events run from Monday - Friday, with four nights in well appointed bedrooms, Dinner Bed and Breakfast and complimentary tea/coffee morning and afternoon and there are still rooms available for the Summer Break commencing on 9th July 2012.
