Private practice on the Saltaire Wurlitzer

The Society is pleased to announce the re-launch of private practice sessions on the 3-12 Wurlitzer at the Victoria Hall Saltaire.  This follows extensive refurbishment and enhancement of the organ which is now largely complete, and which includes additional facilities, and the provision of a krumet rank, currently being tonally finished by Rob Balfour-Rowley.

They have an excellent relationship with the new management of the hall and can now offer evening sessions on a trial basis for those who cannot attend daytime due to work or other commitments.

Arrangements remain as before: players must be members of the Society and they respectfully ask for a donation of at least £15 per hour (for those under  25 years of age this is at player’s discretion).

Recording is permitted but for private educational/review use only, and recorded audio or video material should not be used for any commercial purpose, or uploaded to social media such as You Tube or Face Book etc. without Richard Stephenson’s permission.

The following dates and times are currently available for private practice in June:

Tues  13     1300-1600

Thurs 15     1000-2000
