There will be an important EGM of the COS on Saturday 20th June, the main item of business being to discuss and vote on the adoption of a proposed new constitution to enable the organisation to register as a charity.
This will be held to give members the opportunity to consider fully the implications of the proposed changes to their constitution. Members who are unable to attend may appoint a Proxy to represent them at the meeting, by completing the reply-slip on-line by going to www.cos-services.org.uk/proxy and entering their details.
The meeting will be at the Alan Baxter Gallery, 75-77 Cowcross Street, London EC1M 6EL, starting at 2.00pm. The venue is just two minutes' walk from Farringdon station.
