David Harrild who is a very familiar face to us all on the concert scene playing Yamaha Tyros5 TRX Keyboard Systems and Manager of Musicland (UK) Ltd was unfortunately involved in an accident two weeks ago. He fell off a ladder ending in a broken elbow, damaged hip and lower back that has put him out of action for a while.
He is making a slow recovery and according to his consultant and further X-rays he is hoping to be 70% back to normal by mid to end of March with light duties and relying on as much help as possible with moving his TRX equipment for concerts.
David would like to thank all his fellow players in the organ & keyboard world who has been so supportive and helped him with swapping concert dates plus the hundreds of well wishes received. Also he would like to give a special thank you to Ray Spillman, Brian Reeve and all of Musicland’s staff who has worked so hard to cover his absence.
We all wish David a speedy recovery and look forward to having him back to normal again.
