Roland is proud to announce the AT-500 Atelier Organ, a new luxury mid-class model for the organ enthusiast. Including many features from the flagship Atelier organs, the AT-500 is perfect for intermediate and advanced players.

Housed in a gorgeous, dark walnut cabinet, the AT-500 exudes quality and class. Its harmonic bars provide instant access to a wide variety of superior organ sounds, and the full-range speaker system provides a warm, rich sound that fills any room. For a breathtaking ensemble sound, the Solo Harmonic Bar lets you layer organ sounds with built-in orchestral instruments.

A lower 64-note waterfall-style keyboard is ideal for glissando and other expressive organ-playing technique, while a damper pedal allows for proper piano playing. The lower keyboard can be split into four separate zones, so the lower keyboard is equivalent to multiple keyboards.

Roland's Active Expression technology lets you play the superb sounds with even more feeling and authenticity. Sounds such as flute and brass, which tend to lose presence during forte playing, can be realistically boosted and brought to life.

With a wide variety of first-class automatic accompaniments recorded by professional musicians from around the world, the AT-500 can also play back audio CDs from an optional USB CD drive (commercially available) for play-along fun. There's even a Centre Cancel feature for reducing the presence of pre-recorded vocals so you can play and sing along to your favourite CDs.
