Brian Sharp’s passing was met with much sadness by his devotees, fellow musicians, and friends but none more so than his family.
Many readers may not be aware that a DVD was made at The Meeting House, Ringwood. It was here that Brian played concerts regularly from 1986. He supported the unique historical building over many years, playing to capacity audiences with his appreciation of fine acoustics.

A few years ago there had been a declining membership over a period of time, and ahead of the AGM in January 2010 the committee had regretfully agreed that the club would probably have to close due to lack of funds. Peter Hayward from Sweden will be making a rare UK organ club appearance this coming September. He will be joining the Belper & District Organ & Keyboard Club for a special concert on his way to the Seacroft festival in September.
