Beer Wurlitzer is the latest to join our full membership ranks! It is the Britains oldest Wurlitzer Theatre Organ and was the first Wurlitzer organ to open in the United Kingdom. The instrument was dispatched from the factory in North Tonawanda, USA, on the 1st December 1924 and was originally installed at The Picture House (later Gaumont, then Odeon) in Walsall, Staffordshire. Here the organ opened on the 26th January 1925.

Leslie-Roy aka "The Music Man" is the latest artiste to join our ranks. He has been a gigging musician for some years and has been featured several times on BBC Radio Sussex/Surrey.

His current instrument of choice is the amazing Böhm Overture Stage. Leslie-Roy does not use any multi-tracking, sequencing or backing tracks. All is played live with just drum rhythms to ensure an individual style.

Monday 20th October

Alan Atherton is the latest artiste to join our ranks. He studied both classical piano and classical organ and has obtained a diploma ALCM for each instrument. Teaching piano and organ pupils has been the major part of his career with several pupils having gone on to be music teachers in schools and performers.
