Our own John Romero was taken in to hospital last weekend, we can now report that he is OK but will be unable to play for at least a couple of days as his surgeon is contemplating an operation.
Richard Monks has kindly offered to swap over his concert so Richard will be appearing at Winchester Electronic Organ Society this evening and John will be there on June 7th 2011.
Following the diagnosis of a rather large stone John has said he will never be able to look at a steak and kidney pudding in the same light again!
We were sad to hear the news that Jean Martyns other half Bob was was recently taken ill but we can now report that at this moment Bob is doing well and in the Cardiology unit of his local hospital, having undergone to have a stent fitted. Further surgery is still required to have a pacemaker fitted.
Jean and Bob would like to thank all for the messages and concern shown.

In recent years the pair have teamed up to ru... Read more.

Jean Martyn has been concerned to be receiving a number of calls from organ club members saying how upset they were to hear that she had had a stroke.
She wishes to announce that "nothing could be further from the truth!" Whilst touched by everyones concern, she is fit and well and busy as ever!
