Organ and keyboard enthusiasts may be interested to know that a new website has been launched to highlight organ related memorabilia for sale.
To start the website going, broadcaster and journalist, Alan Ashton, has listed the memorabilia he has collected over the years and now wants to dispose of in a house clearing exercise. The idea is to help the environment by allowing others to have a bargain rather than take things to the local tip. Already several items have been bought by those seeking bargains.

Weyhill Electronic Organ Society were fortunate in acquiring use of the Andover town library window - in the main shopping centre - for the week commencing 25 January and were able to advertise their concerts, display photographs and provide information about the Club.
Inside the foyer, they had a table upon which copies of their brochure and leaflets, containing full details of their 2010 concert programme, were available to the public.

Last year David Windle announced his new summer season residency on the North Pier in Blackpool. Here he presented a series of organ concerts on the Yamaha FX20 three times a week giving 12 hours of organ music to its visitors.
Unfortunately, due to budget cuts the concerts will not be reinstated for the 2010 season.
We wish David well and hope that the management at the Pier may reconsider their decision.
