A second club has closed in as many days. We have just been informed following the unforeseen problems with their venue the committee has closed the Driffield club. In an email from Tony Holland they have passed their thanks to their members, visitors, players and OrganFax for the support they have been given over the years.

After more than 46 years, Wycombe Organ Club will be holding it’s final meeting on Thursday 12th December.
Founded back in 1967, the club has held monthly concerts featuring the best players form the organ and keyboard world. The final concert will feature Chris Stanbury and Michael Wooldridge, who performed one of his very first concerts at the club more than 30 years ago. It's with great sadness that we announce the death this week of former Entertainments manager Don Norris.
Don, along with his wife Joan were among the founder members of Clacton & District Organ Society back in 1974 and were actively involved on the committee until ill health recently forced them to retire. Before their health started to fail them they regularly attended festivals around the country looking for new talent with a view to Don booking them, and were familiar faces.
