It has come to our attention that a rumour is circulating that our "Music for All" Organ Festival at Sand Bay Holiday Centre is coming to an end after the April 2011 Festival.
I would like to assure all our patrons that this is NOT so. We have had a successful relationship with Pontins and latterly Martyn Leisure for the last 28 years, and this will continue for as long as we intend to hold festivals. Abergele and District Electronic Organ Society are celebrating 25 years as an active Organ Society on 1st December at the Kinmel Manor Hotel, Abergele and will be featuring Claire Greig.
Why not go along. Easy drive, no stops or roundabouts from the M56 to A55 Expressway and leave at Jn 24 roundabout to private road "Kinmel Manor Hotel". There's ample parking and superb facilities and a warm welcome awaits.

St Andrews Church, Owslebury, nr. Winchester is urgently seeking competent keyboard players to help us in their worship. Regular service every week at 11am. No choir to contend with just a grateful congregation.
It would not have be a regular commitment, ideally they would like a group of people and are quite happy to have beginners. Advice from their retiring organist can be given or they can supply an electronic keyboard. There is remuneration and you would also receive the gratitude of a caring community.

It is with great regret that the Milton Keynes Organ Society have had to cancel their concert this evening (28th) with Brett Wales due to the venue being closed for refurbishment.
Jean Martyn is performing a Musical Tribute Concert for "Help For Heroes" on the 6th November in the Church of St. Mary and St. Chad in Brewood, Stafford.
There will be a trumpet Fanfare as an introduction, followed by a procession of the British Legion Standards, Standards of a number of other Regiments involved in the World Wars and a number of personnel serving in the Armed Services who have seen action abroad.
The concert will be preceded by the National Anthem and finish with "Pomp and Circumstance March No. 1".
