It is was great regret that we hear of the very sad passing of one of the organ world's leading lights, Bim Livesey.
Bim was well know to many as the effervescent host of countless organ and keyboard festivals over the years as well as running a number of tremendous big band events.
He sadly lost his battle with cancer last Friday 6th February and all our thoughts go out to his friends and family at this sad time.

This evenings concert at Trowbridge Electronic Organ Club with Chris Powell has been cancelled due to the weather. They have rebooked Chris for next year and the AGM which was also scheduled for this evening will now take place next month.
Also, this Sunday's concert at Market Overton Village Hall (Organ & Keybard Music Club) with Andrew Nix has been cancelled again, due to weather conditions. The concert has been re-scheduled for Sunday March 22nd. Please see their page in the diectory for more details.
This year Melksham Electronic Organ Society celebrate their 25th Anniversary. Melksham House was the venue for the inaugural meeting of the Avon Electronic Organ Club and the membership reached 56 in the same year. This was twenty-five years ago and today, renamed Melksham Electronic Organ Club they can now boast a membership of 192.
