Club officials may be interested in taking a look at two new items on the OrganFax Forum. The first deals with the subject How to raise funds for your club and the second is How to improve the membership of your club. It is our hope that the clubs will share ideas and so help all. We started it, now its up to you!
For those that are interested in all things Hammond, there is a new official website in development. The site is still in its beta test state however it has some interesting new features. The one that caught our eye was the blog which at the time of writing this item tells us that Malc and Barrie are currently at the airport having a beer whilst waiting for a plane to Frankfurt!
Many in the business will know concert artist Clair Greig. She and her new husband have recently returned from their honeymoon in Banff, Canada where they and eleven friends have been skiing. She tells us that it was a fantastic trip with plenty of snow and only a few minor injuries!
We can report that the wedding itself was held on February 21st, the weather was good and the sun shone brightly. There was only a slight (but chilly!) wind and a fabulous time was had by all. It is hoped that a sum in the region of £1,000 will have been raised for the Mayor of Test Valley’s selected charities as a result of the recent concert performed by world-renowned organist, Carol Williams. The event, held at St Mary's Church, Andover was very well attended and Carol certainly enhanced her already fine reputation.

Concert organist and composer Tony Whittaker has just published ten more instrumental sheet music items.
