Michael & Mantovani!The mighty Compton organ at the Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth, was featured to a packed house of around 1,400 patrons by organist Michael Wooldridge last Sunday when he appeared as special guest with the legendary Mantovani Orchestra.
Using the orginal Mantovani scores, in the presence of the great man's son, Kenneth Mantovani, the orchestra was conducted by Roderick Dunk, who often directs major orchestras around the world but including the Halle orchestra and the BBC's Friday Night Is Music Night, along with leader Cynthia Fleming, from the BBC Concert Orchestra.

New Kent Organ FestivalCarillon Festivals (John and Jackie Romero) will be running what we believe to be the first Organ & Keyboard Festival in Kent in just a few weeks time. May 14th - 17th. It will be their first Organ & Keyboard event outside of Eastbourne and has both a stunning line up and a great new venue.
Ryan Edwards, Elizabeth Harrison, Pete Shaw and Chris Jones will be the featured artists during the festival. Alex Payler LIVE In Concert...23rd May 2010 will see Alex Payler in a special one off show. The venue is the large Wyvern Hall, Central Avenue in Sittingbourne, Kent. Starting at 3pm, doors open at 2.15pm.
With impressive lighting provided by Keith Wilcox from Supreme Lighting and full multi-angle Video Projection from fellow artiste, Daniel Watt, it should be a wonderful show aimed to appeal to the general public of all ages as well as organ enthusiasts.
Up on stage will be the mighty ELX-1m - the only one in the UK, and in fact, one of only 4 outside of Japan.

All The Fun Of The Fair...Popular demand sees the return of star organist John Mann, to play the Mighty Wurlitzer installed at Folly Farm, West Wales on Saturday 1st May at 7pm.
As usual with John's shows there will be more than just the Wurlitzer as John's programme of cheerful music will be interwoven with his banter and a few surprises!
The night will also see the launch of John's new CD made on the Folly Farm Wurlitzer.

Tony Fenelon visits LincolnTony Fenelon is one of Roland’s leading international concert artistes, playing the latest range of Atelier organs from Roland.
