Tuesday 26th January

Brett Wales and Chris Powell are delighted to announce that they have now raised £700 for their chosen charity following the recent success of their inaugural organ festivals.

The money has been raised over their 2 organ festival weekends in Bournemouth for Stepping Stones.  The group is run by parents, for parents and carers of children with Down Syndrome in North Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.  The charity is very dear to Chris & Brett as it is run by a close friend who's daughter Gemma has Downs Syndrome and has told us of the wonderful work that they do.Read more.

Sad Loss Of A Wonderful Friend...

Sunday 17th January

Byron (Jones) & Terry received the news today Sunday 17th January, that their wonderful friend and secretary of the Wizard Festivals, Pam Shields slipped peacefully away in the early hours.

Not long ago Pam had an operation to remove a tumor, and it seems that cancer had spread to other parts.  Despite treatments Pam continued to try to be positive, but over the last week went downhill.  The last few day were spent in hospital where she peacfully slept until the end.

For those who knew her and wish to send condolences, they can be sent to Byron who will pass them on to her daughter Julie.
