Jean Martyn and Penny Weedon have always wanted to perform together on stage – and with ‘Music To Watch Girls By’, staged by the Weyhill Electronic Organ Society at The Lights theatre in Andover on 5 March, their hopes were eventually realised.
A near capacity audience was wonderfully entertained as the ‘girls’ displayed their undoubted artistry – Jean on the Theatre’s Yamaha Grand Piano and Penny on her newly-acquired Yamaha Stagea ‘keyboard orchestra’.

On 25th February, Wessex Organ World Society were delighted to welcome James Sargeant to play at a Charity Concert at the Hamworthy Social Club, Canford Magna, Poole. The aim was to raise funds and support for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance which receives no support from government or the National Lottery. They rely solely upon voluntary donations.

On December 3rd, Jean Martyn was invited to play for the Not Forgotten Association at St. James Palace in front of the Princess Royal.
