Tuesday 22nd March

We were sad to hear the news that Jean Martyns other half Bob was was recently taken ill but we can now report that at this moment Bob is doing well and in the Cardiology unit of his local hospital, having undergone to have a stent fitted. Further surgery is still required to have a pacemaker fitted.

Jean and Bob would like to thank all for the messages and concern shown.

New site for T&A Events

Recently the website for T&A Events (Tony Stace & Andrew Nix) has been under reconstruction. This informative website can now be found under it's brand new name of www.tandaevents.net All the latest news from the lads is available on this site and has exciting news about the Mill Rythe event in July.  

Also, Tony and Andrew would like to stress that an email address set up as futureevents@tandaevents.co.uk is no longer valid for their events. Any email sent to this address WILL NOT be delivered to T & A Events.

The largest Wurlitzer pipe organ ever installed in a European cinema has found a new home at the Troxy, Stepney, where it will become the first cinema organ to be installed in a major UK cinema building since the 1930s.

The Cinema Organ Society, which owns the instrument, and the Troxy management have agreed to rehouse the Wurlitzer - originally installed in 1930 in the huge Trocadero at the Elephant and Castle - in the Art Deco Commercial Road venue.

....... and Musical Magic happened! On Sunday the 6th of March KeyNote Concerts at Emneth in Norfolk played host to the talents of two gentlemen at the top of their profession.
     At the highest attended concert this season an audience of 144 enjoyed what can best be described as a fantastic afternoon's entertainment. In a special double bill show the artistes featured were TONY STACE & ANDREW NIX, two of the most popular individuals on the circuit today, but when they come together Magic happens, and it did!

For all our patrons who are attending our Sand Bay "Music For All" Festival 8th - 11th April 2011, it has been agreed between Martyn Leisure (Sand Bay Owners) and ourselves, that the price for next year 2012 will be REDUCED to £139 per person, also if you are one of the lucky ones to be with us in April, you will have the special offer of being able to book for 2012 for the amazing price of £129 per person, but you must book before you leave.
