As Britains Got Talent on ITV nears the main part of its competition, things are starting to get really interesting for Jean Martyn. We have seen little flashes of her a number of times during the past few programs, but frustratingly not her main audition.

Sunday see's the last of the audition rounds of Britains Got Talent on ITV and have been watching for weeks. We keep seeing tantalising glimpses of Jean Martyn and we know she has had her audition.
On Sunday you will see the last auditions and then who has been put through to the live semi finals. You won't be able to vote for Jean on Sunday, but make sure you have your phone next to the TV next week!

Following this Tuesday night's 'Organist Entertains' featuring Charlie Balogh's excellent recording of 'Pinball Wizard', Chris Evans raved about the track yesterday on his Radio 2 breakfast show and gave the organ world one of the biggest plugs that it has had in ages by replaying the track during peak airtime! As if this wasn't enough, he went further again this morning and interviewed star American organist, Charlie Balogh over the phone!

Fantastic news from Ben Scott-Hyde... at 5.54pm he became the father of a baby Boy, Jenson - who weighed in at 7 pounds and 3 ounces. Many of you may know that Ben is already quite the family man and we wish both him and Louise congratulations and the occasional good night's sleep!

Last month saw the final concert, featuring the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ at the James Finegan Hall at Eston. After providing musical entertainment for 30 years at Eston, the musical marvel will be performing its final swan-song tomorrow (Sunday 22nd May). Built in 1934 for the Granada Theatre in Bedford, this historic instrument was broadcast many times by the BBC during the 1940's & 1950's.
