On the 6th December, Musicland Bromley invite you to a very special Musical Charity Fun Day with Britain's Got Talent Star Jean Martyn to celebrate the release of her new Christmas Album - recorded on grand piano and Yamaha's Tyros5.

The event will be raising money for ITV's Text Santa Christmas Appeal and Jean will be donating £1 from every Christmas album sold at the event and online.

Jean will be at the store from 11am till 4pm so come along and join in the musical fun with Musicland at 422 Bromley Road (Downham) Bromley Kent BR1 4PL.

Saturday 11th October

Please note that tomorrows concert at Gainsborough Organ Society is with Peter Jebson and NOT Robert Wolfe.

Robert will indeed be returning to the society but not until next year on 18th October 2015.

This year marks the 80th anniversary of the Hammond organ and Howard Beaumont is presenting a special concert for the Scarborough Electronic Organ Society on Monday September 22nd at Scarborough College Filey Road.

Howard will be hauling his own A100 and Leslie speaker to the venue to bring back this unique sound to lovers of pure tone. Also he will be accompanied by Dave Pinkney on drums,and the concert features great swing standard and Latin American numbers associated with this musical giant.

Tuesday 29th July

Last weekend saw the re-launch of the ATOS UK Young Theatre Organist of the Year Competition, which was held on the magnificent COS Midlands District 3/11 Compton organ at the Fentham Hall, Hampton-In-Arden.

It was wonderful that nine young people entered, aged between 13 and 16, from all over the country, including Hull, Blackpool, The Lake District and East Sussex, as four players have learnt to play at the Rye Wurlitzer Academy.

Just a reminder that Tony Stace & Andrew Nix present their fantastic "Duet Show" at West Faversham Community Centre this coming Sunday JULY 6th 2014.

With music from Glen Miller to Show Tunes, Marches to Ragtime, the lads will certainly give value for money with this two hour show.
