    See from the new Phil Kelsall CD of strict tempo dance tunes the Gavotte has become a favourite again.

    Still a popular dance in the Tower. Pops up several times during a days dancing.

    I wasn't aware that it had ever faded out! I've always seen it danced in the Tower and now always get it requested on our dances in the Wintergardens, with a healthy response to it.
