About West Surrey Organ & Keyboard Club

The West Surrey Organ Society was started in the 1960s and moved to Shalford in April 1976.  In 2007 it was decided to change the name to West Surrey Organ and Keyboard Club thereby reflecting the increased popularity of both electronic instruments played by professional Artistes and amateur players alike.

We meet at Shalford Village Hall, just south of Guildford and the club is run by a friendly dedicated committee.

Our Concert evening is on the last Friday of the month (except for December when it is on the second Friday) starting at 7.30 with a break for refreshments and a Raffle. We have a high stage so everyone has a good view of the Artiste.

We enjoy listening to all types and styles of music by top professional Artistes but also encourage new up and coming players as well.

Membership is £6 Per Annum plus £4 for every Concert.  Visitors are most welcome and are given temporary membership on the night for £6.00.  Refreshments 50p.

A free monthly newsletter is available by e-mail or on the night of a performance and there is a free Car Park adjoining the Hall.
