Admission:  members;  £4.00  (annual Fee  £10.00)  Visitors;  £7.00  Advance booking is available either from "Julie"  01202 892283.  Or  the Theatre Box Office;  01202 894858.  Free car parking,  Refreshments are available.  Our admission costs are slightly higher than other clubs in the area, but we have a full professionlly lit and dressed stage setting that greatly enhances the performance.

Our VENUE,  THE BARRINGTON THEATRE  is one of the finest of its type around, it contains all the attributes necessary.  Apart from the fully fitted and professionally operated stage and lighting, it has acoustic qualities that are second to none.  This is due to the auditorium's unique shape which is octagonal, so it doesn't matter where one sits the sound remains the same, the maximum seating is 255.

The artists are also well catered for, having their own dressing room and toilet facilities.  There is also a grand piano available should it be required.  The stage door opens directly onto the car park allowing easy access.

CLUB HISTORY.  The club was originally formed in 1988, just after the Barrington Centre was opened by Princess Margaret in 1987.  It was originally intended to be a general music society with various types of musical entertainment, but it soon became apparent that the members preferred electronic organ music, and so it became a society that presented entertainment organists in a first class setting.  The club is run by a committee of eleven, two of which were founder members, three more have served for twenty years, the remainder have joined at various times since, all have given of their time to ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
